Rain will start from Jeju Island in the afternoon. The rain will expand South Gyeongsang coastal province in late afternoon, other South Gyeongsang province and South Jeolla coastal province at night.
Snow or rain will continue sometime in mountainous Gangwon region, mountainous North Gyeongsang province, areas facing the East sea.
The northeast wind will continue to flow all day.
After a lull in the snow during day time, heavy snow will start again around the mountainous areas in Gangwon.
The morning lows for today will stand between 19.4 and 26.6 degrees Fahrenheit in Seoul.
The afternoon highs will range from 44.6 to 55.4 degrees Fahrenheit.
