Clouds and Warmer Temps, With a high 33.8 in Seoul

We'll stay mostly cloudy, but will get a bit warmer than we got Wednesday, with temperatures rising 3 to 5 higher than yesterday. But it's still blow average so we'll continue frigid weather.
 
Cold wave watch has been issued in northeastern Gyeonggi-do, inland Gangwon-do and cold wave warning has been issued in mountainous region in Gangwon.
 
Morning lows today was 15.8 in Seoul, 19.8 in Gwangju and Daegu.
 
Afternoon highs will be 33.8 in Seoul, 41 in Gwangju, 39.2 in Daegu.
 
We'll keep this weather until tomorrow and a cold snap hit us again on Saturday afternoon.
