Bitter Cold and Strong Winds Continue into Sunday

[Weather Today Korea] Temperatures has dropped again. Morning lows were 17 in Seoul, 14 in Chuncheon, 32 in Busan.
 
Cold wave watch has been issued in North and mountain of Gangwon at midnight today.
 
Strong cold wind will blow all day making wind chills drop below 30 F. The winds are not very strong for now but it'll be gradually getting stronger.
 
Temperatures won't warm up much during daytime, only to 32 in Seoul, 33 in Chuncheon, 45 in Busan.
 
This cold weather will continue into Sunday and be getting warm early next week, KMA forecasted.
